Abstract：Jiangsu is one of the developed provinces in China,its cities are developing rapidly. In this essay,the situations of the province and the status quo of its city-development are analyzed,the trend of its city development,and the level and emphasis of its urbanization are draw n.At last,we propose the city spatial distribution as well as the sructure of the urban and town system of the province in the future.
